Our Adult Fitness programs combine a friendly and welcoming environment, with the most qualified coaching that you can find. Work with coaches who have degrees and the highest level certifications to create the exact program to fit your needs, while also striking the perfect balance between educating and motivating.
Private Personal Training
True 1-on-1 training, completely tailored to your needs, with all of the attention on you. You may have a very specific goal or set of circumstances that need to be accounted for in your training. Maybe it’s because you’ve been injured working out before and want to make sure you’re doing everything correctly. It could even be as simple as wanting the accountability that a trainer provides to be there and give it your all for every session. Whatever your reason, our personal training program gives you the most qualified trainers all to yourself, with all of their focus on you.
Semi-Private Training
Get the benefits of a personal trainer at a fraction of the cost. Our Semi-Private general fitness packages offer a 1:5 coach to client ratio and begins with an individual assessment. Your program is based on a combination of your personal goals and the results of the assessment, and continually progresses as you do.
TPI Golf Performance

Golf Performance Training
Our Golf Performance Training program is based on the Titleist Performance Institute philosophy and focuses on using proven methods to improve your game on the golf course.
Your first session is a 17-point TPI mobility screening that allows us to determine your physical deficiencies as they relate to your swing, as well as a 7-point strength and power testing.
Your training program is based off of these screenings and focuses on improving movement quality, swing speed, and core stability to create a consistent swing and prevent injury.
Whether you are a competitive or recreational golfer, Golf Performance Training will ensure that your body is ready to perform to the very best of your ability!

Our coaches are there to educate our athletes, keep them safe, and keep them accountable. Our semi-private model allows us to do that consistently and effectively.

Each athlete is tested during their initial session and every 12 weeks after that to measure progress in speed, strength, and agility.
