Sports Performance Training

Sports Performance Training is a semi-private training program for athletes of all ages and ability levels who want to increase their overall performance and athletic ability. It is our flagship program which all of the training concepts used at Olympia Fitness + Performance are based on.

This program is designed not only to make our athletes stronger, faster, more powerful and injury free, but also to teach them the fundamentals of exercise and weight room safety.

Each athlete is given a personalized program and is tested every 12 weeks to measure progress in speed, strength, power, and agility.

  • Team Training

    Build camaraderie and improve performance at the same time! Our Team Training concept allows you to work out together, giving everyone the opportunity to help each other improve. Workouts are sport specific and focus on building faster, stronger, healthier athletes. Programs include combine-style testing to monitor progress as well as provide motivation within the group. This service is reserved for groups of at least 10 individuals. Rates vary depending on the size of the group and frequency of training.

TPI Golf Performance

Golf Performance Training

Our Golf Performance Training program is based on the Titleist Performance Institute philosophy and focuses on using proven methods to improve your game on the golf course.

Your first session is a 17-point TPI mobility screening that allows us to determine your physical deficiencies as they relate to your swing, as well as a 7-point strength and power testing.

Your training program is based off of these screenings and focuses on improving movement quality, swing speed, and core stability to create a consistent swing and prevent injury.

Whether you are a competitive or recreational golfer, Golf Performance Training will ensure that your body is ready to perform to the very best of your ability!

ACL Recovery

ACL Recovery Success Program

Olympia Fitness + Performance and Restore Physical Therapy are located in a 6,000 square foot gym facility. Together, the certified trainers and doctors of physical therapy work hand-in-hand to ensure your ACL program includes the fundamentals you need to return to your sport safely.

We work together from the start in order to incorporate strength training earlier in the patients rehab which progresses them faster than a traditional rehab program.

  • Safely bringing you back to the field of play

    Did you know that 30% of ACL patients suffer a reinjury within two years of surgery because they don’t train properly after physical therapy? That risk of reinjury is decreased to only 3% when they enroll in a proper injury prevention program! Recover the right way and mitigate your risk so that you can get back on the field, and stay on the field.

  • A unique approach to recovery

    Combining highly qualified Strength Coaches who are trained to increase an athlete’s performance with Doctors in Physical Therapy makes for a great team. Our coaches and therapists constantly test and re-test the athlete, then communicate with each other about progress and where their program needs to be tweaked to get the best results possible. Whether you want the one-on-one attention or you want to work out with all of your friends we can accommodate your needs. Personal training ensures you the same coach every workout and the time slot that works best for you, as well as the extra emphasis on your specific fitness goals.

    True 1-on-1 training, completely tailored to your needs, with all of the attention on you. You may have a very specific goal or set of circumstances that need to be accounted for in your training. Maybe it’s because you’ve been injured working out before and want to make sure you’re doing everything correctly.
